At Suite 444, every project is approached with intention, creativity, strategy, alignment, and elevation. These guidelines are designed to protect the energy, experience, and flow of both the client and the creative process.

All invoices and retainers must be paid on time to begin or continue services. Due to the intentional planning, creative preparation, and energetic investment behind every project, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

We believe the best brands are built through clarity, connection, and trust. Clients are expected to communicate openly, provide requested materials on time, and trust the creative direction throughout the process.

Each project is completed with care and intention. Timelines may vary depending on project scope, revisions, and client response times. We ask for grace, patience, and mutual respect throughout the creative journey.

All projects include a set number of revisions outlined within the selected package or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an additional investment.

Suite 444 is a high-vibrational creative environment. Disrespectful communication, excessive demands, or energy that disrupts the creative process may result in termination of services.

We are not a quick-fix design studio. Suite 444 was built for visionary entrepreneurs seeking long-term elevation, aligned branding, and meaningful growth.

Final approved designs become the client’s property upon full payment. Suite 444 retains the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Business hours and response times are established to maintain balance, creativity, and energetic wellness. Messages received outside of operating hours will be responded to during the next business day.
